About us

We are Jack and Jacqui, a husband and wife with a passion for good bread. Everything we offer is true sourdough - meaning it is leavened purely using our sourdough starter - “Dianne”. Dianne is and has only ever been fed using high quality flour and filtered rainwater, and that’s it.

We are uncompromisingly committed to quality. This is reflected in our processes, and our ingredients - which are as organic as practicable (at least 80% of the ingredients we use are grown sustainably, organically or biodynamically). If not certified, we strive to use ingredients that are grown and produced responsibly (high quality butter from grass fed cows, for example).
