Our staple loaf. We use sustainably grown stoneground, heritage wheat flour, wholegrain emmer flour, a hint of spelt flour and some high protein bakers flour to achieve a loaf that is both soft and chewy, yet nutritious and delicious. We use high hydration and long fermentation to create a complex, full flavour with a moderately open crumb. A 950g freeform loaf.

Sourdough Sandwich Loaf

Our take on a sandwich loaf. True sourdough, long fermented, packing in as much heritage and wholegrain flours as possible while keeping a soft, even crumb. Enriched with milk and butter for extra softness and depth of flavour. A 1.1kg high top tin loaf.

Multigrain Sourdough

Our Multigrain Sourdough uses our Country Sourdough’s base dough, with soaked organic oats, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds throughout. A 950g freeform loaf.
